The näak ULTRA™ Waffle is a plant-based waffle designed for training, outdoor activities, and daily fuel. Delivering delicious, natural, and sustained energy, this soft, easy-to-chew snack is made to power your active days, next trail run, bike ride, or to simply be enjoyed with your morning coffee. It provides an ideal balance of carbohydrates, plant protein, and sodium, giving your body everything it needs to sustain performance during long training days or as an active lifestyle snack.

How should I eat the näak Ultra Energy™ Waffle before a run or physical effort?

Consume 1 waffle 30 to 45 minutes before your run alongside your morning coffee or water. Because it is made with a clean, plant-based, gut-friendly formula, it is exceptionally gentle on the stomach. It digests effortlessly to provide a soft, delicious source of pre-run carbohydrates and sodium, giving you a stable energy output right from the starting line without any heavy stomach feelings.

For ongoing performance fuel during extended efforts, eat 1 waffle every 30 minutes during exercise. It can also be enjoyed at any time of the day as an active lifestyle snack. Depending on your training duration and caloric needs, you can consume them sequentially or pair them with our liquid fuels to customize your hourly carbohydrate and sodium intake during long-distance efforts.

What makes the näak Ultra Energy™ Waffle different from energy bars and other waffles?

Unlike traditional stroopwafels that are highly processed, high in simple sugars, and often contain palm oil, the näak ULTRA™ Waffle delivers complete, sustained nutrition designed specifically for sports and daily life. It offers an ideal balance of complex carbs, clean plant protein, and essential sodium. Additionally, it features a soft, easy-to-chew texture that remains highly enjoyable and effortless to ingest on the go, without the dry or dense consistency common in standard energy bars.

Is the näak Ultra Energy™ Waffle easy to digest during exercise?

Yes. The näak ULTRA™ Waffle is made with a gut-friendly formula. This clean, plant-based recipe is carefully developed to be exceptionally gentle on your stomach, allowing for rapid absorption without causing the bloating, cramping, or heavy digestive distress often triggered by heavy, dairy-based, or synthetic sports foods under intense physical effort.

Why is the näak Ultra Energy™ Waffle palm-oil free, and what makes it sustainable?

We are committed to delivering clean, responsible, and sustainable nutrition. The näak ULTRA™ Waffle is crafted using responsibly sourced, plant-based ingredients and is entirely free of palm oil to minimize its environmental footprint.
