When is the best time to take näak ULTRA™ Bar?

Before exercise: Eat 1 bar 30 to 45 minutes before starting to top off your glycogen and sodium levels with an easy-to-digest snack that won't weigh you down.

During exercise: Consume 1 bar every 45 to 60 minutes during your activity to provide your body with a steady, continuous stream of energy, protein, and essential electrolytes.

During busy days: Enjoy it at any time of the day as an active lifestyle snack to provide sustained, crash-free power when you need high-quality nutrition on the go.

What is the difference between the näak ULTRA™ Bar and other energy bar brands?

Unlike standard sports bars from other brands that can be dry, dense, and difficult to swallow, the näak ULTRA™ Bar features a soft, easy-to-chew, melt-in-your-mouth texture carefully crafted to be easy to swallow even under intense physical stress. Furthermore, while traditional brands rely on simple sugars that cause rapid blood sugar spikes and subsequent crashes, our bar delivers 27g of balanced, complex carbohydrates to provide a steady, long-lasting release of power. It is a complete plant-based formula that supplies plant protein and essential sodium rather than just basic carbohydrates.

Is the näak ULTRA™ Bar gluten free and vegan?

Yes, the näak ULTRA™ Bar is 100% vegan, crafted entirely from clean, plant-based ingredients with zero dairy or animal-derived components. Regarding gluten, the recipe is made with naturally gluten-free plant-based ingredients. However, because it contains oats—which are naturally gluten-free but frequently processed alongside wheat—there is a possibility they may contain trace amounts of gluten due to agricultural cross-contamination. While it is an exceptionally clean and gut-friendly option, athletes with severe celiac disease should keep this potential cross-contamination in mind.
