Amacx Drink Gel Cola Caffeine

A ready to drink energy gel with 75 mg of caffeine and the water already added, in a refreshing cola flavour. Made for runners, cyclists and triathletes during training and racing. Carbohydrates contribute to maintaining performance during prolonged exertion. The beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 30 to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour during exertion lasting longer than 1 hour.
